OFFER TERMS

This cash back offer is valid only for any Lipton® Fusions beverage. Participants may receive a cash back offer when they purchase eligible Lipton® Fusions beverages at a participating food service account.

Campaign Duration

The cash back offer runs from 8/15/2026 to 10/15/2026 (the “Program Period”). To be eligible for the cash back offer, purchases must be made during the Program Period.

Purchase Requirements

The purchase must include at least two (2) Lipton® Fusions beverages. Only one (1) submission can be made per offer. Each submission must be either: (a) a photo of the receipt clearly showing the purchase of two (2) Lipton® Fusions beverages, with the product name, retailer, and purchase date visible; or (b) a photo of two (2) Lipton® Fusions cans clearly showing the product label. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any submission where proof of purchase is not clearly identifiable.

Participants who purchase two (2) Lipton® Fusions beverages will receive $3.00 cash back.

Submission Process and Limitations

Participants may enter this program through one of the following channels: (1) scanning the QR code at a participating point-of-sale location; (2) visiting the program landing page directly via a shared link; or (3) through the Aisle community app for users who have opted in. Participation is subject to Aisle’s Privacy Policy (discover.gotoaisle.com/platform-privacy-policy) and Terms of Service (discover.gotoaisle.com/terms-of-service).

All cash back offer requests must be submitted by 10/15/2026. Participants are limited to one (1) cash back claim per purchaser throughout the Program Period. Cash back offers will be paid via PayPal, Inc. or Venmo, Inc.

Additional Terms

Participants must submit a photo of their receipt or a photo of two (2) Lipton® Fusions cans via SMS to the program number provided at the time of sign-up. Message and data rates may apply. The cash back offer will only be paid via PayPal or Venmo. For information on creating a free PayPal or Venmo account, visit www.paypal.com or www.venmo.com. PayPal and Venmo are not sponsors of this offer.

Offer valid only for purchases made at a participating food service account. Void where prohibited. This offer may not be combined with other offers. The use of multiple phone numbers or email addresses to obtain additional rebates is prohibited. Fraudulent submissions could result in federal prosecution. Employees of The Pepsi-Lipton Tea Partnership (the “Sponsor”) and its bottlers, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and distributors are not eligible. Requests from groups, clubs, or organizations will not be honored. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, or misdirected submissions.

Rewards and Program Modification

Rewards consist of a cash back payment issued via Venmo or PayPal within 24-48 hours of receipt verification. Rewards earned through this cash back offer are non-transferable. Sponsor retains the right to modify, pause, or terminate the program at any time. Furthermore, Sponsor can revoke your participation in any campaign at its discretion, without needing to provide a specific reason.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the cash back offer process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the offer if it cannot run as planned due to factors beyond Sponsor’s control.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any technical malfunctions or other problems related to the offer, and any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the offer may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.

Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, ITS RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, AND IF APPLICABLE, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS CASH BACK OFFER. By participating, entrants agree that any disputes will be resolved individually, and not through class action.
